He was raised in Bowling Green and graduated from Warren Central High School. Terry began learning the construction trade as a young man by working with his father on new construction and remodeling projects. He began working full time with Dewayne Hatler & Sons Construction Company at the age of 18. At 28 Terry opened his own business
He was raised in Bowling Green and graduated from Warren Central High School. Terry began learning the construction trade as a young man by working with his father on new construction and remodeling projects. He began working full time with Dewayne Hatler & Sons Construction Company at the age of 18. At 28 Terry opened his own business called Terry Hatler Construction, while continuing to work at Dewayne Hatler & Sons Construction Company. He worked at both companies for roughly 10 years taking on new and remodeling projects for both residential and commercial. In 2014 Terry opened the Bluegrass Cabinet Company where he built and installed residential and light commercial cabinetry. He was there for 4 years until he sold out his share of the business to his partner. In 2018 Terry went back to operating Terry Hatler Construction, until he joined with his brother Keith Hatler to create Hatbro, LLC in January 2020. Terry has 39 years of experience in the construction trade.

Keith began learning the construction trade as a young man by working with his father on new construction and remodeling projects. He began working full time with Dewayne Hatler & Sons Construction Company at the age of 18. He continued to work for Dewayne Hatler & Sons Construction Company until he was 22 and then formed his own business Keith Hatler Construction. Keith Hatler Construction handled new and remodeling projects for both residential and commercial. Keith continued this business until he joined his brother Terry Hatler to create Hatbro, LLC in January 2020. Keith has 38 years of experience in the construction trade.

He was raised in Bowling Green and graduated from Warren East High School. Shortly after graduation, Brandon worked in residential construction doing new and remodeling projects for a period of 5 years. Brandon then began working at Houchens Industries in their Maintenance Department handling commercial maintenance and administration for 8 years. Brandon was promoted to Project Manager at Houchens Industries where he handled new and remodeling projects in commercial construction. His duties included plan design, project bid reviewing, hiring, complete project supervision, money management, and much more. Brandon was in this position for 5 years until he joined Hatbro, LLC in April of 2022 as a Partner. Brandon has 21 years of experience in the construction trade
